Refund Policy

Refund window

A customer may request a refund within 24 hours of the original purchase. After 24 hours, no refund will be given for purchases made directly on this site or through my affiliate links, except where local law requires otherwise. This mirrors the timing used by iDigitalPreneur.

Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher package, no refund is available for the original purchase. If you upgrade within 24 hours of the original purchase you may remain eligible for a refund consistent with the policy above. iDigitalpreneur

Refund deductions & processing

Refunds will have transaction-related fees deducted: a payment gateway fee (~2% of the paid amount) and a processing fee (~5% of the paid amount). These fee rates match the approach published by iDigitalPreneur; final retained fees may vary by payment provider or card issuer. iDigitalpreneur

How to request a refund

Email support@sayakbanerjee.in (or contact@sayakbanerjee.in) with your order details and reason for refund within 24 hours of purchase. Include your full name, email used for purchase, order ID / transaction ID, and date/time of purchase.

Refund processing times depend on the payment processor and bank — typical processing may take several business days after approval.

Affiliate & sponsor rules

If a customer who originally joined under another sponsor requests a refund and later re-joins through a new referral, affiliate commissions and sponsor relationships may be adjusted following the original platform’s rules. If customers refund and re-enroll, commissions may be impacted for referring affiliates (this follows practices outlined by iDigitalPreneur).
